Ever since I left T Mobile (they overcharged me on the rates and new customers got a cheaper rate and the full pkg and paid less than what I was being charged for getting only 1000 min. and no text) and went to Sprint, I have regretted it. Thought I would get better coverage and comparable plan. Well, ever since I switched, right off the bat the service was terrible. I live on a hill and I GET THE WORST RECEPTION EVER! I called customer service repeatedly and it was one excuse after the other. In the first year I probably had maybe a total of 5 months that I could actually make a call as the service was so poor. They would only take off $25 or I should say credit my account! What a total rip off! They finally sent me an Air Rave that should have boosted the signal. It helps a little but not much. Thank God I didn’t have to pay for that. I had to get a better phone so then was roped into getting one from them again and have been locked into another contract. I now need another phone and have several months’ till my 2 yr. contract is up. I went to a Sprint store and they told me up front that the phones they make they make them to last only a year. I am not going to be railroaded into another upgrade and have to pay $200 to get another phone and another 2 yr. contract. I am going to go shop the market and find a phone that I can use no matter who I wind up signing up with, buy it outright, stay and finish my contract with Sprint so I don’t have to pay a fee to leave Sprint and then go wherever I want and not be locked into a contract! These phone companies need to be taught a lesson that they can’t just push us around. I’m sick and tired of it! Good cell reception, but when using internet on Motorola Electrify phone it's less predictable. Husband's new iPhone 5 works great as mobile hotspot.Was this review helpful to you?

Coverage great when I started contract, but has gotten progressively poorer. Coverage map now shows spotty service all over the area. Clearly Sprint is cutting the service area from its network. Employee at Sprint said "don't buy data plan from us, it won't work in your area" and "probably you have to change carriers". Service turns from marginal to none north of 139th street. This is a large urban market for crying out loud. Way to go Sprint, we are moving - about 20 phones with family and friends involved. I moved into downtown ridgefield 2 yrs ago I would get dropped calls every 5 minutes. I never complained to the company but all of a sudden I noticed no dropped calls.I haven't had one since did they get a new tower closer to town.I have excellant reception nowWas this review helpful to you?
We have had little to no reception for the last two weeks. IF I can get a call to go through it usually will stay connected for MAYBE 30 seconds at the most. Cannot send texts or listen to rhapsody or pandora at all.Was this review helpful to you?
I used had t mobile carrier for about over 5 years, it was bad coverages. No service when I'm in mall, in some friends house. I went to long beach, was where no coverage at all. So I switched to att, I am very happy with it and never lost the coverage anywhere I go. Works better at the hills than T-Mobile does. I am very happy with AT&T service... .. T-mobile has great 4-G service in both lewis county and clark county but it seems it can't even get consistent 3G here in longview / kelso. The spotty 4g I get is when I accidently pick up 4G coming from the st helens or rainier area. I have been with them for 8 years. I'm done with them. They have started screwing with my bill so bad that the charged me 1100 dollars for text messages when one of their inept customer service people accidently dropped my unlimited text message feature. Subsequent calls only end up talking to their outsourced phillipino representatives who can do nothing to adjust discrepencies. F you TmobileWas this review helpful to you?
