Down to 1 bar. Hotspot unusable. 2 We used to have at least 3 bars. I went to Verizon store for assistance and their only suggestion was to purchase a $200 booster. I am visiting from San Francisco. Verizon has been my favorite carrier but today they my be the worst. I could not get any data service., Barely got an Uber. My data connection was terrible. Stated Uber was not responding, but fortunately I was able to make a connection. Tried to download a scooter app but unsuccessful. TerribleWas this review helpful to you?

I have lived all over the U.S. and this is the worse cell reception I've ever had. Dropped calls, people can't hear me, and with internet, movies hang... ... it is awful and no one at AT&T or Xfinity have answers. Why? I'm actually considering moving because of it since my cell and computer are necessary for income.Was this review helpful to you?
It does not really matter where I am in the Portland area my connection is always slow. I have Verizon unlimited and iPhone6. Have read many people on the unlimited plan complained that their speeds are slower but I have also read much about people with older iPhones complaining that the phone itself slows down. It’s super embarrassing when my friends on T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T are jumping from site to site and I’m just looking at a blank screen while my phone is trying to connect and eventually get a “No server response” message. Sometimes I slip on airplane mode and when I turn it off I am down to 1X or 3g. All of my speed tests are slow. I ran one just now and I am 2.1mb download and 0.3 upload. Very slow. So technically on Verizon I have access to unlimited downloads of data that will never loadWas this review helpful to you?
I am so extremely frustrated since moving into this nice neighborhood and getting horrible reception on all 3 levels of the house and within a 100 foot radius away from Springville sometimes much farther. I can't even use the phone anymore in my own flipping house. I live 5 minutes from Tanasbourne I mean are you kidding me??? I have to make special plans to take the laptop to a place with reliable Wi-Fi and cell signal for meetings that require me to be connected via phone as well because the call is literally like this, if it even goes through that is! Hel*silence*are you th *silence* It's m*silence* I can't hear you oh wait I can hear you n*silence for a long time* you there? Are you th*silence* and *hangs up on me*. Literally every time. I have to schedule calls outside my home or request that people communicate via text (also stupidly unreliable l, WTH am I paying $120 / mo for a premium cell package for???). I purchased a brand new Note 8 to try to fix the problem and it is actually WORSE than my note5 for goodness sakes! I am going NUTS. No Wi-Fi calling on the highest package (150Mbps up / down) through comcast which can run high bandwidth games and run 2 windows of Netflix streaming and a Hulu streaming at once without any issue at all. Even when all other Wi-Fi or signal using technology is turned OFF completely in the whole house aside from router and modem it makes no difference. I HATE TMOBILE. I am considering paying the insane fee to break my contract or just reducing the plan to minimum and getting another phone through another carrier. Do NOT go through Tmobile.
