Verizon

This is terrible service! Show 2 bars, but acts like no bars, all the time. And this is outside

Not only is this the worst service with dropped calls, difficult dial out, delayed messages up to 5 days, but the customer service is awful... Leads you to believe they are going to help, then a month of calls later leaves you hanging! With several phones and tablets, I want to switch... not sure who to trust?

The back of our house (south end) gets 1-2 bars, front 2-3 bars, on average. It has gotten worse lately.

Two dots out of 5 on my iPhone 7 Plus. Feels pretty typical for Portland in many parts. Very frustrating. Couldn't even get basic web pages to load.

Dropped calls often happening. Sometimes texts won't go through. Sometimes make calls and it never rings. Three phones on same plan. Used to be better. Never as good as friends AT&T at nearby workplace.

I am traveling across the country alone. I call my family each evening when I stop for the night. I have ZERO SERVICE. I cannot make or receive calls. My gps maps has been off line since entering Oregon. I am now lost. Thanks Sprint. I pay my bill on time each month and expect service 100% of the time. I will now change service.

One star for barely one bar, a block south of Farmington Rd. I have had Verizon for years. It was never great, but they have gotten worse here.

Lots of drops in the area. Even AT&T Microcell doesn't help enough (though that is due to Comcast issues, not AT&T)

Poor service inside and outside the house. Bought a Microcell booster from ATT and it improves service inside but it is internet dependent.

Never dropped a call. Always have a decent signal for phone and data. Data can be a bit sluggish at times. Kids had t-mobile, which shows 4 towers and it was horrible, while Verizon shows no towers. Is there a difference in tower quality... more doesn't equal better?
