Can only get data working one out of every 2 times I try and use it (twice a week). Always slow performance. 1-3 bars and always running LTE for data. There are dead areas all over Downtime LO.

Lucky to have 1 bar for an hour or two a day. Receptions is TERRIBLE.

its the same reception as all of the rest of my neighbors here! Im smelling crookery! Class action. Its no accident or just coincidence that ALL of us pay for high speed unlimited data but get throttled like the rest. Premium unlimited data should prioritize premium paying customers. And yes when there is a sporting event in town, I've noticed that the entire city and their connection to the world is damn near gone!

We are just off of I-5 and Capitol Hwy. on Taylors Ferry. We get one bar. You know where else I get one bar Frog Lake, South Slough, on Lake Billy Chinook. For years we had great service and lately it’s gotten worse. I’m here looking at options and reading reviews.

My galaxy 7 Verizon phone with service via straight talk always had decent signal here. When it died I bought a galaxy 20 5g on my wife's Sprint plan. What a joke. I have to remember to turn cell data off at home, and choose lte manually everywhere else, or data doesn't work at all. I've yet to see a byte of data flow over 5g. It works over lte, but using Sprint as a carrier means 5g is a non starter in this area, and even lte is sub par.

Live across the street from Washington Square Mall. No signal inside my home. None. I have to leave my home and roam the complex trying to get a bar or two. Even when I manage to make a connection, it will often drop. Text is OK, phone useless.

It’s been this way since I switched from T-Mobile on March 6, 2020. There is little to no service inside my house. I’ve talked to Verizon multiple times until a T1 in tech took pity on me and escalated me to a T2 who said network extenders were back ordered since I’m not the only person dealing with this issue

Verizon service has been deteriorating over the last 18 months and at this time in Northwest Portland it is very erratic and unstable. One day 4 bars in my house the next day 1 bar in the same location. Makes no sense. More dropped calls every day. Very poor service in general and seems to be getting worse.

Reception is not too bad in the morning but is increasingly worse throughout the day. Not much help from customer service. If I walk 50 feet northwest, reception improves dramatically. I have been with Verizon for over 25 years. Maybe time for a change. I cannot use my phone in my office. Not a good thing.
