Been with T-Mobile for 5 years at this location with an old Nokia phone... never have any reception problems... even in the basement. Quite happy with service!

I consistently have one bar at my house and it drops into no service periodically throughout the day. Most of the time I can't send texts or make calls without walking around to try to catch more bars. Turning 3G off helps.

Signals come and go. I am in an office building, but windows all around me. Signal strong outside, but very poor inside. Some reason Verison signal is better and that is why my company switched to them, because our sales stuff continuously was heading out when they got a call. I don't want to switch. I need GSM service, but I don't get it, why T-Mobile's signal is so week here inside.

I get 0-1 bars in my apartment on 21st and NE Weidler st. If I go outside it's OK, but what the heck?

I should really be giving them a score of 0 "No reception" because that's what it is 95% of the time, anywhere I go. T-Mobile sucks, period. the end.

my service was really bad when I first moved out here like 3 years ago then after a few months it got better. so here we go again service is going downhill since march of 2010. dropped calls phone not ringing, getting double text messages, no bars very frusterating. I have called T-Mobile they said they would have a tech check it out in 5 days and would get back to me so the tech did get back to me but no technician went and checked on it.he told me so guess what my service still sucks. I wont be signing another contract with tmobile.

I can get 3-4 bard and showing 3g enabled but I cannot make or recieve a call from my house. There is a tower on powell Butte (.6 miles away) I cannot get a call to connect without walking half a block away from my house!

I almost never complete a call without someone saying "can you repeat, I can't understand you". Numerous dropped calls and non responsiveness with AT and T customer service. I have another friend who has AT and T with a non iphone and says he does great. I continue to amass screen shots with one and no bars to send over to counter the claims that they have great service in my area.

I was with Sprint for over 10 years, service worked well in the city. It drops off fast as you leave the city for fishing and camping. Moved to NE and no signal in my basement. Turns out that recently their roaming agreements have changed so I can't roam where I used to be able to. Bit the bullet and switched to Verizon, network seems better so far but you sure pay for it.

I think the ratings for this should be changed. I have to choose bars instead of call quality. I average about 1-3 bars in my house but have only dropped 3 calls in the past 2 months. When I used the Nokia E71 I was dropping calls every other day because I was "holding it wrong". Also when I drive around the neighborhood I manage to get though each call with no issue.
