We recently moved into a new house on N Albina and the ATT Service is terrible. Only 1 bar showing for multiple blocks in our neighborhood. We're in an urban area. This should not be. Please ATT fix your towers or add a new one.

As of The beginning of May 2021, service completely vanished over my UNLIMITED cell plan. Without WiFi, my phone is a brick. After 34 calls and over 300 minutes on hold, AT&T finally admitted that a cell tower in Cascadia has failed, which means that they have NO BACKUP TOWERS for this area, which means they despise their customers. In my frustration, I went to the local corporate outlet and asked them what they would do if they were me, since I had proved the issue was not with my hardware, but rather with their cell service, and also that AT&T support had lied to me MANY times about the nature of the problem. One of the young representatives at that store called me an asshole and then lost his job, but the truth is that AT&T is the asshole and I don't blame him one bit. The manager who talked to me at that store literally replied "I dunno... Leave our network and find a better one?" Absolutely astonishing anticonsumer attitude from at&t, whose CEO, John Stankey, is worth $75 million dollars. He made $21 million in 2020 alone. At&t made $45.7B in 2020, but they have zero respect for the 182 million customers they gouge. Horrific company.

Had 3 bars consistently and few issues until about 2-3 months ago(feb-mar 2021). Coincidentally, when I switched to an unlimited data plan. Now only one bar, anytime of day, with slow data speed also.

Cell Tower reported out on 06 / 09 / 21 likely out or degraded for months prior to report because it was never great and would fail during a power failure after approximately 45 minutes. Expected repair date 06 / 30 / 21. Call them and report it. Complain. Service has been fair but never great area and this failure betrays their lack of investment in infrastructure, poor failover and lack of sites in this area.

We have T-Mobile here in gresham then we move to Abilene texas horrible try to call family's in gresham for the life of us can finish a conversation without cutting off horrible service. Done with tmobile.

Reported bad coverage to ATT. Had fine coverage until last week and then suddenly 1 bar and can’t have a conversation in my house or even in my yard. I’m going to have to change carriers if it doesn’t get fixed soon.

Both in my home and outside I get 1 bar of service. Calls will barely connect but the other person cannot hear anything I say. About a month ago I used to get at least 3 bars, but since then reception has been unusable.

Reported to ATT. The service is one bar, it used to be 3. Not sure of the issue but I'm not getting texts and unable to make a call. Very disappointing that the service is getting worse.
