I am visiting from San Francisco. Verizon has been my favorite carrier but today they my be the worst. I could not get any data service., Barely got an Uber. My data connection was terrible. Stated Uber was not responding, but fortunately I was able to make a connection. Tried to download a scooter app but unsuccessful. TerribleWas this review helpful to you?

Cell coverage is barely 1 bar. often goes to 3g or 1x. Its gotten much worse in the 15 years I have lived here. My Comcast tv / internet went down yesterday and with my cell phone on Verizon I could not even get a decent signal to call. Dropped calls and poor voice also has been increasing of late.Was this review helpful to you?
incoming calls drop inside the house, this just started about 2 months ago but now we have to go outside to maintain the connection. Several years ago we transferred to Verizon for better reception which we had till a few months ago.Was this review helpful to you?

Way too frequently phone cuts out during calls or are dropped completely. While listening to podcasts often loose connection. As instructed, I shut down phone and restart. Sometimes I have to remove battery for a few minutes. Sometimes this works, other times it doesn't. It's VERY frustrating! T-Mobile suggested using one of their co. provided antenas. VZN customers for nearly 20 years with four new cell phone replacements and in August bought two new iPhone 6. At the beginning after setup both phones had intermittent reception. Called Verizon tech support daily for two weeks and even though we never had poor reception in the past we did now but Verizon said we lived in a weak signal area. We drove a 25 mile radius to 40+ Sites but the reception was I. Of hear my party but they could not hear me. After 40 years we sold and moved 20 miles NE just N of Boring Oregon. Still have the same problem. Verizon repeated phone adjustments and is now suggesting the Verizon store can fix by replacing the “SIM” card. Does the “LEMON LAW” apply to phones? Because Verizon can’t fix the problem, the APPLE iPHONES sold to us are faulty or both. Nonetheless for over 60 days I have paid for faulty phone service and just go around and around with o VZN or APPLE demonstrating some real customer satisfaction. Guess I’ll go have new SIM cards installed before going to state consumer protection service or the bank because both phones were purchased on a credit card account. But, maybe Verizon & / or APPLE will find and install a remedy. Wish me luck!Was this review helpful to you?
In the last couple months, my whole family has been experiencing terrible reception that results in dropped calls and people not being able to hear us while we are in our house. We have to go outside to talk. This ws not why we got rid of a home line several years ago.Was this review helpful to you?
