AT&T

The data works well, but the cell service is unreliable. We have kept our land line. Previously had Verizon; it seemed no better.

Terrible coverage in NE Portland, near 65th and Sandy for YEARS. Finally spoke w a tech person and there's not much they can do, apparently. Looking for another carrier...

I've had Verizon since 2002, and have never had an issue. Reception and 4G data downtown isn't quite as good, but that is to be expected because of all the tall buildings / etc. Overall, service is reliable. Even driving through the coast range this weekend, the coverage was completely spot-on as usual. I see all the complaints mostly from people who live downtown. HELLO! You live downtown! Of course the reception is going to be worse - Duhh. Other carriers are less expensive, but I wouldn't trade my reliable coverage for anything.

On a good day reception is mediocre it is usually 1-3 tops on signal strength ... . on par with Cricket... . at least they had Muve Music

coverage at home is spotty at best. calls drop, and only 3g at 1 to 2 bars. Verizon charges us $180.00 for 2 phones, they should be ashamed. They desperately need to put in more towers in sandy area.

The neg / pos, location and how often you plan on driving... tower to tower your lucky to stay steady in the 2g. My research, negatives outweigh the positives. T-Mobile reps are trained to feed their customers "I am sorry your having that problem, we will resolve it." Plain false advertisement. They dont have enoughMobile is good if you stand on your roof top or live in areas with no trees blocking your signal. Research and weight t towers to keep up with the lies of 4g

Coverage fades in and out, minute by minute. Have consulted with T-Mobile, have boosters in house, but still mediocre at best. T-Mobile hasn't been helpful in conversations, they can see nothing unusual on their end. Phone calls frequently dropped.

Horrible to no cell phone reception AT ALL inside and outside my home. Everyone in our household uses an iPhone 6 or 6s but we have to keep our Comcast landline to guarantee we can talk on the phone with no dropped calls! Also, if you walk your dog down Boca Raton, streaming wifi isn't reliable either! If I knew how bad reception was with all the tall trees in Lake Oswego (& the fascist city restrictions on private property tree removal), I don't think I would've bought a house in this area. But I'm paying a big bill to ATT each month ($212+) so I EXPECT the company to at least put up cell tower extenders at THEIR cost to provide adequate service for their customers here.
