Not only is the reception poor the service at the Garden Valley store was so bad I will be paying for a plan I didn't want for 2 years, because of an employee who has been fired, for this very reason, but I am being told there's nothing they can do about it. In fact they manager told me I was SOL.

In the last month or 2 the service went from 4 bars LTE to 1 bar. I have no idea what has happened but that service is all that is available for internet. No my business is suffering!

I would like to acknowledge that I appreciate the excellent service Autumn O'cyne provided when my cellphone screen went black. Her attention to detail, great communication skills, and smile made the problem easy to resolve. Autumn is a valuable member of Sis-Q Cellular service team.

They said I would have service out here in my home but it doesn’t work well. I paying for unlimited data and streaming but can’t.

Verizon is terrible. Worthless. If you like hearing Siri hearing say “on it”and the “still trying” this is the service for you. Never ever use Verizon.

The reception is good, but the service at the Grant's Pass store is absolutely terrible. The company needs to have a better staff or replace the district manager for not making sure the customers are satisfied. They need to compensate the custom for there mustakes.

Dropped phone calls, no signal for days, almost always no internet data. Have been calling 2 or 3 times a week for months. The calls are usually at least an hour long. So, I pay for devices I cannot use and for service that they do not provide. This was not the way it was before the merger with T-Mobile. If everyone would take the time to complain to govt agencies maybe something can be done. BBB, OR DCBS, OR Atty Gen, usa,gov consumer complaints, FTC, FCC and just to vent there is ripoff report, complaints board, yelp, pissed consumer I am looking for a new carrier but don't know which is better (probably none are best). My iPhone will have 2-4 bars of LTE and voice service but NO internet. Has been a probably at least for several months as of 9 / 2021. Really wish someone would fix as it is hurting business in NW GP.

Coverage is fine here in town and in the surrounding areas. I switched from AT&T because their coverage was terrible. Verizon lost a lot of credibility with me when they made the billing details top secret. The bill increases by small amounts several times a year with no explanation. They require a logon to get access to billing information. Entering the phone number ought to be enough but they insist you have yet another password to keep track of just to find out why the bill goes up. This may sound petty but I see it as a reduction in service at increased prices.

Service used to be good now it won't even load anything or its super slow
