We have complained to Sprint about the coverage for over a year. We just changed to Verizon today. Coverage is excellent. Quick lying to your customers Sprint. You stopped using Verizon Towers and have Aweful Service. It cost us several business transactions.Was this review helpful to you?
Awful. Can't make or receive calls most of the time. They switched out the sim card, no difference. I used my phone as a hotspot for internet and tv when I had Sprint. With AT&T I worry about even being able to call 911. If I spent more than 1 week a month here for work I would never have att. I've a full bar, but its been 4 days, I couldn't call in or out. It really sucks! I've been with AT&T for more than 10 years. I've made a complain too. And I depend on my phone while at work. Is this going to be this way from now on... Why?Was this review helpful to you?

I have used ATT, Verizon, and T-Mobile, and mark by mark, T-Mobile well exceeds the expectations, and if there isnt coverage in your house, they have wifi calling and will even send you a booster for your coverage. But generally, throughout the entire ridge, T-Mo does better than the others.Was this review helpful to you?

Terrible reception. Verizon tells me it's because I have a 4G phone and live in a 3G area. Wished they had told me that 18 months ago. I pay over $200 a month for service that is worthless. I can't wait for my contract to end.Was this review helpful to you?
