Sprint
Phone calls consistently fail if I am inside my house. If I go outside they work for the most part. Reception is very frustrating.

Sprint
Very weak service at my home. Sprint has great prices but the service is subpar compared to other companies that service this area. I had to buy an external antena to even use my phone at home.

Usually get a full 4 bars, some places around the house dropping to 3 bars. Good reception up at the ski hills too.

Verizon
Service sucks here. Works ok in some areas but overall its no good. Should not be able to have authorized dealers in a area of no / low service How about mini towers in EVERY store?

AT&T
Don't know why everybody is hating on AT&T. I get 4-5 bars on my phone at all times.

AT&T
Pretty much 5 bars and 3G anywhere in the UW, and around the city. Downtown 5 bars and 3G too, only in some hilly suburban areas do I encounter between 3-4 bars. Otherwise perfect!

Nextel
Surprisingly good reception wherever I go. Down to 0 briefly on Preston-Fall City Rd out around Lake Alice Rd past 68th, then comes right back. Voice calls will drop here every time. Data and GPS remain functional. Fall City= 4-5 68th / Lake Alice= 0 Preston= 2-3 Lake Alice Trail= 4-5 Falls= 3-4 Mill Pond= 4-5 Old Mill= 4-5 Three Forks= 4-5 Bowling Alley= 5 Sandy Cove= 5 MS Stadium= 5 Meadowbrook= 5 Home= 5 Si=:} So it's just the one rough spot.

Nextel
Generally runs 3 bars on the top floor surrounded by windows. Occassionally goes up to 4 bars but right now is going from 0-2 while sitting in the same spot on my desk. Also must say I hate their text message network. It's slow and the message doesn't just pop up like on my friends networks (SMS) - you have to download it and open it as if it were an email.

Sprint
I have good coverage in the upper Snoqualmie valley.

T-Mobile
have made numerous complaints of poor or no signals and a few months ago got a notice from king County that T-Mobile was installing a new tower within 500' of my house. Still haven't seen any new tower.

Verizon
I get reat coverage with Verizon Wireless! I have tried everything else onthe Ridge and VZW has the best coverage by far.

Verizon
My phone will get one bar if I'm lucky. Calling out is a crap shoot, and incoming calls make it to voice mail on a good day. This area is heavily wooded, but it appears a cell tower has been installed on Courtney Road. Verizon, if you're listening, could you slam some service on that pole!

T-Mobile
Reception in the dorms is spotty at best. On occasion if I held my phone out a window I'd get a bar to send a text message. The same story was true for my Motorola V180. Many other residents get calls and full signals with Cingular and to a lesser extent Verizon at UW. It does make it easy to remember to turn my phone off for class since it doesn't get any reception in any UW building. Best bet, if you need constant signal and are at UW daily, steer clear of TMobile no matter how tempting their plan prices are!

Sprint
Sprint has pretty good coverage through out western washington. The Snoqualmie Ridge has quite a few dropped calls inside our home. During the day seems to be worst time for dropped calls. We could sure use a tower close to Snoqualmie and North Bend.

Nextel
Lots of dropped calls East of North Bend, over 1 mile off I90 there is no reception 90% of the time.

Verizon
In and Out. Verizon needs to put a tower here... this area is booming with new construction.

AT&T
Now I have reception like I never had when I had Verizon. With Verizon, I was always having dropped calls and no signal strength, but now I find that my new phone and service works great in "normal" buildings on campus, and it even works (albeit weakly) deep inside health scienes and the basement of Physics Astronomy.

In the basement of ME department, Cingular works, but T-Mobile never!

Qwest
I get great reception 90% of the time. Hardly ever do I get dropped calls. I am completely satisfied with my qwest cell phone service!

AT&T Wireless (GSM)
Starting to get the occasional hit on Cingular, but the Ballmer building on campus is pretty much dead. Have to exit the building to get any kind of signal.

T-Mobile
There is a dead zone north of North Bend. When taking Ballarat north out of town, the signal begins to degrade at NE 8th St. At the Nursery at Mount Si reception is marginal. Further north on 428th Ave, reception is unusable. It looks like coverage is tailored to cover well in the populated area, but not so well north of town. Downtown North Bend (North Bend Way & Bendigo) signals are full peg. At the Factory Outlet Shops (I-90 & Exit 31) signals are full peg. In Forster woods, signals are full peg. In Si View, signals are full peg.
