Verizon

I've tested Verizon and determined that it has excellent service on 6th Ave and 36th St.near Downtown Tucson. I've had T-Mobile, Metro PCS and Sprint. These networks are terrible in this side of town. Verizon provides me satisfactory high speed data and call reception. I have been on their prepaid network for the past 4 Months and it's been wow excellent. I use 40 Gigs of high speed data per month.

8 yrs ago we went with TMobile. Had great service for 5 yrs. Then 3 yrs ago,, month by mont service became worse. Now, after getting and upgrading everything, As recommended, WE HAVE ALMOST ZERO SERVICE. I was in an accident over 2 weeks ago and could not get through to my husband who was here at home! I have offered, multiple times, for T-Mobile to put a Cell Tower out here on our unused property.. But Oh No! Theses Cell carries KNOW they have people that live out here by the short hairs and none of the carriers Care! Yet we're expected to pay the high mobile prices month in and month out! South West Tucson has grown in leaps and bounds but none of the carriers will do anything for their consumers! It's a bunch of Crap! It's a Consumer's Nightmare when a emergency happens!

Wife's phone on Verizon had terrible call quality... Dropped calls... Inaudible... . Turned off HD voice call feature on LG phone and now calls are perfect... Wasn't Verizon problem as first thought.

Verizon was good for years... .now it is really bad. Breaks up... no one can hear me... ..I'm disgusted with the service. Will be finding new provider when contract is up.

Been Verizon customer for 15 years and the past two service and towers have gone downhill, was basically unusable in flagstaff this summer, full signal and it would take forever to load any web pages or maps

I've had Verizon since 2001, and never have had a major issue with cell reception until early in this year (2017). My wife's phone (Apple 7) and mine (LGV20) both have horrible service in our house as of this year. I've lived at the same location since 2010, and have never had bad service. They have to have changed something (probably to save money) since they have the "best" service in town. But at their high price point, we are probably going to switch to have bad service at a less expensive price. At least that's my logic at this point. As other have stated, we sometimes have to go outside or move to other areas of our house. Also in our neighborhood (Valencia Reserve) people cannot hear us. I've also experience bad service on our side of town at my sons school (Craycroft Elementary) as well as other areas. They said nobody else has complained in this area, but after looking at these reviews, it is most obvious that it is a major issue and something has got to change. I'm not sure what they did, but it made a huge difference in the quality of their cell reception. One time I walked out of my garage into my driveway, and the person I was on the phone with still couldn't hear me. It's just unacceptable in every way.

I have to go out side to talk to anyone. We only have 1 cell tower out here. And it's 11 miles west of me. I'm looking in to putting a cell tower on my property

Every single call I make people say I'm cutting out of fading out and I haven't moved positions. So I change my phone to my other ear or sit up and reception changes then the same thing happens! My bathroom, office and kitchen are the worse places in my house! Every single call is a challenge and so frustrating that I just end up hanging up! I am so angry that I pay the amount I pay only to be frustrated! I'm paying for the insanity! I've called Verizon many times over the 1.5 years living here. Tried resetting network settings, they've rest my phone, went from data and voice to just data, tried wifi calling, and now a new SIM card! They suggested I buy a $250 network extender! Really! So now I need to spend $250 more dollars in order to pay them for AHEM service for something something even Verizon says might not fix it! It's insane!
