Sprint has good customer service but lousy phone and data. I really can't take it much longer with them! I've insisted on bill credits with them and gotten them because of the lousy service but that's getting tired to. I left Verizon for them because of the terrible customer service but I'm going back and just deal with it!

Voice drop due to automatic switch between 4G / LTE to 2G for some apparent reason. Slow speed when on data unless it's 3AM then it improves slightly.

I travel for work and if I'm in LA or Portland, SF, Houston, Phoenix... Data is horrible. Nothing but dropped calls and messages that won't go through or are never received. I hate that all companies suck. I used to have Sprint, but it was far worse. Ughhhhhhhh. These companies need to be sued

Absolutely no signal. Verizon even comp'ed a network extender but my AT&T U-verse Internet service does not support fast uplink speeds, so calls drop while on the network extender.

I hardly ever drop a call in Los Angeles but unless I'm connected to Wifi, I cannot get data throughout the entire city which is so aggravating. I love the price of T-Mobile no contract plans but it's not worth it and I'm going to switch.

4G LTE has always been horrible here and still has not improved, despite Verizon supposedly upgrading the speed. Speeds are around 1MB down / 3 MB up. Have to use wifi instead which is much faster.

I have Virgin Mobile which uses the Sprint Network. When I am on a call I can hear the other person 100% but the other person can only hear an estimated 1 / 3 of what I am saying. This is true even while walking around to more open spaces around the neighborhood. I would say my calls drop completely about every other call. I don't notice a data or text problem, however I do use wifi a lot. I can't talk on the phone when I am in this area I must wait to use my phone in other areas of the city.
