Att shows on their map full 4g LTE when the service is terrible. Most places don't have 4g LTE only 4g. you would think that Downtown L.A being the City you would get 4g LTE everywhere full bars.

Constantly having issues with no cellphone or data reception. Unacceptable in a work hub like Century City.

Problems started when moved to new apt. (Mar. 2014) O or 1 bar, dropped calls, messages failed to sent, no internet access, pgs failed to load, voice mails hanging somewhere, and then... POOF! 25 messages outta nowhere and fast.metropcs and fast-t-mobile ALWAYS out of range. Though I must say, customer service techs. have been so good -pleasant, helpful, direct and financially comp'd me! ( Faint) Still no solution. Metropcs claim connectivity "excellent" Entire nghbrhd and Metro pymt store say prob has existed since car took out utility pole at Figueroa and Meridian 2 yrs ago. We'll see.

Never reception. Dropped calls. Missed texts and incoming calls. Have to drive 3 to 4 blocks away to use it. They need to put up a tower in this area due to constant jet interference. I do love the phone though.

Verizon

Coverage is increasingly worse and text messaging has been a huge problem: messages repeatedly say "Failed," then recipients get multiples of the same message, goup messaging is out of order and / or never delivered, calls dropped and / or sent directly to voicemail, wi-fi spotty and inconsistent even though I have Verizon at home?! Customer service has been terrible. Thinking of switching to T-Mobile in this area but no idea if that will be worse...

AT&T

Service cuts in and out. Most number of bars I get is 2. Calls frequently not received and sent directly to voicemail. My husband was waiting for a phone interview for a job, and the call was dropped - he received the voicemail the interviewer left a full 30 mins after the fact. Seriously unacceptable, AT&T!

T-Mobile

2 Out of 5 (2 stars) | Sunset Blvd. | Sutherland, Los Angeles, CA 90026 |

Voice service is fine. 4G data becomes 2G and LTE does not work on my street. Two block radius between Stadium Way and Laveta Terrace seems to be dead zone for Sunset Blvd.stretch. Apparently this goes for other carriers not just T-Mobile.

Sprint

Sprint is just terrible. I have dropped call all the time. Picture messages are rarely sent. This is the worst service and I am in the process of switching over to AT&T. Please DO NOT get Sprint. It's terrible everywhere. I left T-Mobile for them and regret it.

Rarely, a signal. Dropped calls. Missed calls and texts. Phone rarely rings. Family complaining their calls go straight to voice mail. Pretty messed up.

4 Out of 5 (4 stars) | La Brea / Washington | Redondo / Adams , Los Angeles, CA 90016 |

AT&T works very well in this area of mid city los Angeles. I get verifiable 20 meg downloads and 5-6 meg uploads from my bedroom. My wife and I have no problem using FaceTime over LTE phone to phone (iPhone) all in all it's better than Verizon. Cheaper too 3 users 10 gigs data unlimited everything else 2 iPads data all for $165.00 before taxes. Very happy
