Sprint

Worst company ever, were with them for years being last year the worst, dropped calls, no data service even when I was paying for 4G lte metro's 2G is faster than their improved 4G. So happy I switched.

A month ago, we gave up 2 iPhone 4s' on Verizon for 2 new iPhone 5s' on T-Mobile... mainly to save some money since TM offered a better deal. What a huge mistake we made! Cheviot Hills where we live is known for its poor mobile reception, and Verizon wasn't stellar there by any means. BUT, it was SO much better than T-Mobile which is almost completely unusable at home... even standing outside on the sidewalk! Have repeatedly had dropped calls elsewhere in West L.A. - Pico and Westwood intersection, Beverly Hills, some parts of Culver City, Santa Monica, etc. Doesn't work well where my husband works in Pico Rivera either. We get dropped calls even with 3 bars displayed. Also now having problems with text messages. Can't explain why we didn't return these new phones within the 10 day trial period. We are now stuck with brand new iPhone 5s that are not very useable other than as very expensive iPod Touches!

Constant dropped calls. Incredibly poor to absolutely no reception. 3g network seems very slow. Very disappointed in AT&T, which has far better coverage in NYC.

After reading about the other choices maybe Verizon is not as bad as the others. It is still a very low bar to go by or should I say no bar to go by. I have had Verizon for 15 years. Before I upgraded to the Samsung 4 g the reception was almost none existing at my house. The 4 g is much better for calls, but for going on line forget it unless it's 3 am. Part of the problem is these towers get over loaded. We have so many people with 4 g now on the Westside that it is slowing everything down again! I was thinking about switching today, but maybe Verizon is the best of the worst. Like I say "Go With The Crook You Know"

Sprint service is the worst. Slowest data compared to others. Makes me want to vandalize their store!

Crappy network. Slowest ever, speed tester at 0.1mb / second on average. Friends with Verizon test at 12.0mb / sec, ATT at 6.0mb / sec, T-Mobile at 2.2mb / sec. If you think it's not much it's extremely slow. Imagine not being able to use the navigation app or stream music like Pandora. Picture messages most often fail to be sent.

Terrible! Left Verizon for this crap! I feel like protesting outside their business. No LTE and 3G runs slower than the old Edge speed. They are in the Stone Age with speed.

I bar at best. Go 1 block east or west of Robertson and good luck getting any signal.

Beside no reception, trying to get help was a bust, had to return phone and got nothing but grief. I will have to contest charges with my credit card company. Don't even think about using them no matter how good the deal sounds.

Usually works well. Calls drop only very rarely. Sometimes text messages take two or three tries and sometimes very slow data. But better than the T-Mobile service I had 18 months ago. Verizon customer service is deplorable. They are all bad, but among Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile, I have found T-Mobile to be the least awful.
