Every call coming in or out around this area has every other word dropped. I dont understand why its been an issue the passed several months since I have had Sprint service for 8 years without problems. Customer service keeps throwing the " upgrading cell tower" card out but I think this is BS! I have 4 cell phones at home and cannot use any one of them without getting frustrated!

I have had AT&T since it was cingular. The service has always been terrible. But I couldn't resist the iPhone. And then an inexpensive replacement iphone which I got after another 2-year contract. It's ending in May and I'm DONE. Stupidly, I got U-verse service and it totally sucks as well.

Over the past 2 months I have been able to hear the person I am talking with but they constantly complain that they cannot hear me consistently. They say my voice fades in and out, but rarely is the call dropped. It is very disappointing, and very difficult to keep a romance going.

Awesome reception 2-3 bars in doors 3-5 bars outside no dropped calls, I have been with them for 4 years I don't even know what a dropped call is. Lte is fast 15 mbs per second or higher but that's the highest I've seen with in door service. 2-5 everywhere else from santa Monica to downtown.

I live 2 blocks from the AT&T building and yet I can't get a signal at home. My desk at home faces the AT&T building, so I'm looking at their offices as my phone constantly cuts out. The irony.

Poor reception. 3G is very bad. (so slow seems as if I am using 1X) call quality is slightly better. AT&T and Verizon seem better at this area.
