AT&T has the worst cell service throughout, Los Angeles. I live and work downtown and both phones on my account always have poor service. I can't even have a decent conversation without constantly walking around my apartment or office. AT& T need to get it together.

Switched to At&T years ago because Verizon didn't work at all. AT&T has been ok for years (except their insane surprise billing practices)-always use prepaid! I went to Mexico for 2 months come back- NO SERVICE-occasionally 1 dot. WTF???

One star for my one bar / dot (iPhone 7plus) Everything is slow.. Calls shot. Internet more like InterNot.. @ 150 a month you'd think they would make things fail proof. I have to find a window in my office to find reception.. BOOOOOOO VERIZON..

Verizon

Verizon: Indoors, calls get dropped depending on where I stand in my apt. I have AutoPay and get one text saying my acct balance needs to be paid by the 23rd or I’ll be cut off. Few minutes later I get a text saying my bank acct will be debited by AutoPay on the 26th. Obviously speaking with forked tongue. Customer Service said I don’t have AutoPay, so I had to sign up again for the fourth time. Fun and games. Looking for another carrier now.

Sprint has little to no reception on the entire east side – from Los Feliz, Silverlake and EP to HP and Montecito Heights. I don't get reception indoors or out and have had so many times when I was having an emergency and my service would go out completely. It's infuriating. Also spots throughout the valley and DT are awful. Whenever I call to complain or ask for a credit my calls are dropped so I've completely given up and communicate solely through text and emails at work, and just mapquest directions. I. HATE. YOU. SPRINT.

Downtown LA Verizon sucks. I think the AT&T building down the street is jamming my signal. No reception in my apt or in front of my building. Makes catching an uber fun because they always call while I am in in the elevator. 4G in Asia works perfect in all cities, costs half the price of service in the US, and even works 4 flights down in the subway. What is wrong with the cellphone service in this country.
