I have lost job interviews due to not having any cell reception at all. Not even bad, because that would give the perception that you can send texts or a call. Once I leave my area I am bombarding with 10 new messages / missed calls. I went to the store, they knowingly tell me service is bad yet they charge me the same amount where others actually can use there services. I will be switching to Verizon due to their lack of coverage and the lack of ability to facilitate the issue - I.E. "you can buy a microcell for 200" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! how about you give me the microcell as I have been a customer for 10 years and dishing out cash to you. But no, "we cant do that, even though you pay for a service we cant provide" Overall HORRIBLE experience

Sprint

1 Out of 5 (1 star) | SF Ferry Building / Rincon Center | Embarcadero @ Mission St., San Francisco, CA 94105 |

Poorest reception in this area results in continually dropped calls, inability to initiate a call. Constant roaming results in drained charge within three (3) hours; requires phone to be connected to charger while at work.

Cannot send or receive calls, cannot send or receive text messages. Phone will show one or two bars and "3G " or Edge (the little circle. This has already placed me in a difficult situation, cannot imagine if it was an emergency. FYI... AT&T cellular signal works perfectly... go figure.

3G data reception around Church and 30th as well as Church and 24th has been terrible for years. Underground in BART 3G reception is good between 16th and Mission and Glen Park. Along the Market St.corridor, however, 3G can be nonexistent if there are any crowds at all at the stations and in the trains; often I lose 3G entirely there. Call Sprint to talk about this and they say they're working on fixing it. They have been saying that for years. I'm done with them.

I have found Sprint to be the most reliable but not the fastest network. I have had both ATT and Verizon and have to be at the front of the building to make a call but Sprint works no problem throughout with 3 bars. Sprint Lacks good LTE coverage everywhere.

I dma Google maps e from SFO to Ukiah and had very little reception the whole time. My Google maps had a lot of trouble. I could not send texts or make calls at all for much of the way.

The coverage in San Francisco is great with a few exceptions. Inside buildings with thick or concrete walls, reception greatly diminishes. The city is mostly covered with LTE and you do fall back on 4G HSPA+ which is still speedy fast.
