Can not wait for my contract to be up. Most of the time I do not have service and when I do my calls often drop. Also my bill for one line is $105 a month and that's with a 17% discount from my job for crappy service

5 Out of 5 (5 stars) | Towson University, Baltimore, MD 21252 |

When I came to Towson University, I had T-Mobile and it did not work at all in West Village (not sure about the rest of campus). I asked around and it seemed pretty unanimous that Verizon had the best coverage at TU. I switched and now I've had Verizon for 2 years and I've had great coverage at Towson as well as everywhere else.

Can't deal with the poor reception from Sprint. It is bad here in Baltimore, at my parents' home in L.A., and it was bad at times where I used to live in North SD county. Frequent dropped calls, cutting in and out, and missed calls. I also don't get voicemails until days later.

I have had Sprint for over 10 years and initially I felt their service was fantastic. I had no problems with dropped calls or loss of data connection until about Dec 2012. Since then, I lose half my calls and connecting to the internet is slower than AOL dial-up connections. What happened? Did they scrap half their towers. This is ridiculous. I live in Canton, work in Woodlawn, and travel around 695... and I have similar issues throughout the area.

I have had no problem getting or making calls where I live in Owings Mills, or where I work downtown near the Symphony Hall. However, I got absolutely no reception inside BWI airport! Neither voice nor data. I am using a Sprint LG Optimus S phone.

I had Clear Internet for two months and reception was great until the last month when Sprint bought them out and took over their towers. Now I get no Internet reception from 7pm until midnight. When I call to see what's happening I get the same runaround but no service improvement.

I live in an apartment building in the basement and the bad things is if I look out my window I can see a cellphone tower and if I walk outside the service breaks up and I'm litterally in walking distance of the tower its not even a half a mile a way.

Our Sprint connection has been poor to no reception at all. This problem has been going on for months now. I don't remember having a problem when I switched last summer. We call Sprint constantly and are told they are working on fixing the tower give us a measly $8 credit and tell us it will be fixed soon. How do we get out of this, I switched because is was money saving, but having to borrow the neighbor's phone in the event of an emergency is ridiculous! Can We get out of this without paying the early term. fee?
