AT&T worked great in Cleveland but when I moved here last summer couldn't use phone at home without dropped calls. Navigator can't find signal most of the time when I'm stuck in traffic and lost! $140 / month for 2 phones. Contract is up and I'm looking for a new carrier!

Been with Sprint for over 10yrs and I cant take it anymore! Im tired of hearing about the promises and tower upgrades that are "coming". I used to defend Sprint but I have reached my limit. I really wanted Sprint to fulfil their promises and get their network back on track but I just cant wait any longer. The 3G is completely USELESS! LTE is barely available and even then I'm only getting 3-4Mbps. My girlfriend has T-Mobile and on their HSPA+ network she gets 9-10Mbps! LTE on T-Mobile is even better! My contract with Sprint is up in a few months and I'm going to head over to T-Mobile. Hell atleast ill be able to use my phone when I'm not on wifi... .

Paying $200 a month for poor voice connection and horrible data. I hate paying for 4Gs when they have yet to offer 4Gs near me. Its sad when the only good service I get is when I'm out in the woods hunting and don't need the phone anyways. Horrible, absolutely horrible. 2 bars in a City like Columbus is unacceptable. Get your s**t together Sprint!

I seem to get OK voice service, some calls dropped here and there, but data should really be free in the Columbus area. I consistently have terrible connectivity to anything data related. Don't plan on sending picture messages to anyone or watching SHORT clips off of YouTube; Sprint takes forever to load even simple GIF files (read: slideshow style picture presentation, no audio, typically very poor quality). I would not recommend Sprint over other carriers in the area. Sprint's plus is unlimited data, but this plus is a gimmick as you can't use their unlimited data anywhere in the city (in my experience). I would also like to indicate that I live very close to OSU; one would think there would be decent reception. As I look at my phone right now, I have 1 out of 5 bars. Thanks Sprint!

Calls drop all the time. Calls often don't connect nicely the first few times, and start out distorted with nasty echoes. Two or three tries sometimes improves things. We switched from AT&T, which turns out was vastly superior. We used iPhones on both carriers, as well as QWERTY sliders. Quality issues exist on both phone models.

We switched from Verizon to Sprint a year and a half ago and have in essence gone from having a mobile phone service to not having one at all (we are still paying the bill though). In short, Sprint is a joke do not do business with Sprint. I travel around the country routinely and have found that Columbus is not unique in this regard, either.

Got a smartphone through my company, the phone is a Galaxy SII and is fine but the Sprint data service is TERRIBLE. I mistakenly thought that because their phone service was good, so was their data service. What a mistake! Can only consistently get data at home with WiFi. Can't get ANY coverage in N. Columbus, a major city! Would NEVER use Sprint again, not ever.
