Phone doesnot ring for incoming calls. Messages are sometimes never delivered to my phone. No Bars. Dropped calls. It never used to be that way. What is going on. Sprint just does not do it for me.

Att is horrible! Horrible coverage and horrible phones have been with them for 5 months and am going on my 4th device because there is always some kind of issue. My husband going on his third in the same amount of time its rediculous! Calls dont come in they are always dropped and I would not suggest them to anyone!

Used to get spotty reception, but at least reception since I moved to Columbus in October 2010. Two days now after Hurricane Sandy, of which Columbus had little after-effects, I have zero reception in my home. Told closest tower having trouble... but Sprint has always been spotty. Now Sprint is sending AirAve free of charge to help. We will see, doubt it. If not for 2 year contract commitment, I would bow out for Verizon or T-Mobile. I might given that I spend about $131 / mo on one phone with unlimited data and calls. Tired of this!

2 Out of 5 (2 stars) | German Village | Thurman and Jaegar, Columbus, OH 43206 |

I recently moved to German Village and get horrible reception within a 2-3 block radius of my house. Sometimes it's fine, but more often than not my calls are full of static or are dropped completely. ATT customer service has been no help either. Contract is up this month, and will be changing providers.

Downtown Columbus has the worst AT&T reception for smartphones. I can't believe people downtown get good reception and data coverage. My Verizon Blackberry gets perfect reception everywhere in Columbus; both inside and outside 270.

I live in Hillard Village Condos, behind Sam's Club off of Hilliard Rome Rd and Renner Rd, and I get terrible cell phone reception with the iPhone4 on AT&T. I used to get 4-5 bars outside and 2-3 inside, and now with an upgrade to ios6, I get 2-4 bars outside and 0-2 inside. My call almost always drops now as soon as I walk from outside to inside my condo.

Verizon

1 Out of 5 (1 star) | About 400 Yards East of Arlington Municipal Buildi | Kennybrook Bluff and Kenbrook Commons, Columbus, OH 43220 |

Can make a call from home abou 30% of time. Never receive calls here. Calls that I do make and get through are dropped about 50% of time. Slightly better if I walk outside. Upper Arlington needs to get in the 21st century and allow a cell tower.

Sprint

3 Out of 5 (3 stars) | W. 5 Ave. | Neil Ave., Columbus, OH 43201 |

Outdoor Voice and 4G reception is good. 3G turns to 1x at times. Indoors with Airave femtocell (supplied at no charge) voice reception and 3g are much better than without the Airave but calls still drop once or twice a month and occasionally the signal cuts out. No minutes used with Airave.
