Live across the street from Washington Square Mall. No signal inside my home. None. I have to leave my home and roam the complex trying to get a bar or two. Even when I manage to make a connection, it will often drop. Text is OK, phone useless.

I convinced my partner to leave Cricket and join me at Verizon when I moved to Portland last September. It seemed like a great idea, as I was overdue for an upgrade (waiting for Samsung Note 10 Plus) and Verizon was offering a BOGO. I regret it daily. We have terrible data coverage and at times have even experienced dropped calls. I NEVER thought I would hear anyone say how much they miss their generic smartphone and CRICKET'S SERVICE. He wants to pay to end contract early and return to CRICKET. I just keep wishfully thinking that the VERIZON service I know and love is going to show up again... some day. But I am losing ALL hope. Also tried service at his sister's house near NE 84th and NE Beech; results = no improvement, and at our daughter's house in Gresham, OR; results = little - no improvement.

It’s been this way since I switched from T-Mobile on March 6, 2020. There is little to no service inside my house. I’ve talked to Verizon multiple times until a T1 in tech took pity on me and escalated me to a T2 who said network extenders were back ordered since I’m not the only person dealing with this issue

Verizon service has been deteriorating over the last 18 months and at this time in Northwest Portland it is very erratic and unstable. One day 4 bars in my house the next day 1 bar in the same location. Makes no sense. More dropped calls every day. Very poor service in general and seems to be getting worse.

I get between 1 and 2 bars of lte signal on Sprint. The phone often drops to 3g. Galaxy note 9 Verizon phones have full bars in the same area.

For the last two years, it has been really bad on cellphone reception with T-Mobile. Last month, it can’t even make a call. “can you hear me? Or “I can’t hear you” are all so familiar in these phone conversations.

Down to 1 bar. Hotspot unusable. 2 We used to have at least 3 bars. I went to Verizon store for assistance and their only suggestion was to purchase a $200 booster. Called Verizon got the same response. What's wrong Verizon, can't keep up with the urban growth of Portland?

I am visiting from San Francisco. Verizon has been my favorite carrier but today they my be the worst. I could not get any data service., Barely got an Uber. My data connection was terrible. Stated Uber was not responding, but fortunately I was able to make a connection. Tried to download a scooter app but unsuccessful. Terrible

incoming calls drop inside the house, this just started about 2 months ago but now we have to go outside to maintain the connection. Several years ago we transferred to Verizon for better reception which we had till a few months ago.
