Fair but not great. Spotty at best. Service is OK at my apartment, but in Humble where I work, my wife couldn't even hear me because it was so choppy. I switched to tMobile from Boost thinking I'd be upgrading... so far I have not been impressed. The T-Mobile stores are nicer, but for $25 / month more, the service is about the same or slightly worse. ZERO SERVICE(data anyway) during my *entire* trip to San Antonio once we got outside Sealy, and didn't really come back once we got there.

Cell signal in the office is nearly nonexistent if you are more than 5 feet from a window. A coworker has Verizon and has NO problems with service. I'm lucky if I can even get a text message to go through. You can forget about a telephone call or internet service.

The cell reception is terrible. I've heard that complaints have been given for years, but no improvement.

I checked one star because in my house I occasionally get reception. But more often than not my calls drop. If I want to have a conversation, I pretty much have to stand in the front yard. Very convenient.

Traveling, I have had better coverage in 3rd world countries than here in Houston service is just awful.

Vertizon used to be our go to phone service but they have been willing lately to let us go. Moving from the Galera west to Hwy. 6 has produced a very poor signal resulting in terrible service. We choose this company for its wide network but we expected that we would be serviced within the city limits. Comcast learned a few years ago about taking customers for granted. Beware Verizon you could be next to suffer the consequences of poor customer relations.

everytime I call from my apartment people say they can't hear me. I even have wi fi and connection is terrible. I was told there are plenty of towers in my area but still have terrible reception at Westheimer and Wilcrest major streets.

While I use MetroPCS, they use T-Mobile as a signal carrier. At the street I see LTE at -116 dBm, we often drop to WCDMA, hsps+, Edge. The signals drop to -121 dBm, which is effectively the dead zone. Calls are often sent directly to voice mail, and messages can arrive hours later. We often never hear a ring, but a voice mail notification pops up, to say we missed the call. Complaints about the service can NOT be made because no one knows to who or where to do so. That's because they are retailers, and have nothing to do with the carrier.
