In south Citrus Heights I get one bar inside my house, two bars outside, There are so many trees in my neighborhood, they are probably blocking the signal. Cutting down other people's trees is not an option.Was this review helpful to you?
Iphone reception on AT&T has been lousy ever since we moved here in 2003. But it just keeps getting worse. Phone rings, you say hello, and the caller cannot hear me. Calls cut out or disconnect, depending on where you are in the house. Have to walk into the yard to stay connected. Often incoming calls don’t ring, just go into voicemail. HORRIBLE SERVICE, for what we are paying. AT&T Customer service says that’s just the way it is and won’t get any better for my area.Was this review helpful to you?
Generally 4-5 bars, with occasional drops to 3. Voice and text work fine, but I need to be on wifi for data service; when on mobile data often falls back to 4G or even 2G speed (i.e. old phone dialup speed at 2G).Was this review helpful to you?
Most of my calls go straight to voicemail. Making a call sometimes takes up to 30 seconds to connect and people on the other end say I am breaking up with lots of static. When I go a few blocks away, everything is good. I am thinking of getting a Verizon or T-Mobile sim card.Was this review helpful to you?
I’ve been a looong time customer with T-Mobile but I think I need to change carriers. My signal at home has always been a weak even with a signal booster (house is only 1400 sq. ft.) but now my signal is down to one bar. I called T-Mobile they claimed the power to the cell tower Has been cut by smud our local electric company. Smud claims they don’t show any outages in the area so... ? But sure how to get to the bottom of this but I can change carriersWas this review helpful to you?
T-mobile reception on springview and Piton Dr. is really bad. T- mobile gave me a portable cell which still does not help. I did a 5g network search which also shows a poor signal.Was this review helpful to you?
Issues 100% of the time. Not kidding. Every single time my call either completely drops, goes silent for 5+ seconds or more, or the other person can't hear me. Every single time without fail since we moved here from San Diego 6 months ago.Was this review helpful to you?
