Verizon
I get 1 to 3 bars at home and at the office which is about 3 miles away. Common to have dropped calls or poor quality. Seems to work fine in some areas but not where I use it most.

Verizon is usually very good for me, but in my office, pretty much smack in the middle of Portland, I get horrendous service. We're talking texts that seem to stall and don't send or receive for several minutes, NO data service, though calls seem to work ok. I am very unhappy with this dead zone that I work in. Verizon really needs to boost it's signal in the Lloyd Center area.

Well, I'm using SimpleMobile a T-Mobile mvno... and the signal cuts out about 30% of the time... this being for my wife's new Nexus4 - on my phone which is running on the AT&T owned mvno called aio wireless - no problems at all! Also when she had PagePlus (Verizon mvno) no problems there either!

AT&T has degraded the 2G network to the point it doesn't work. Kept it hidden until the "upgrade" the 1st of 2014, now trying to blame the customer. had a so called "manager" call me and tell me they updated the towers for the 4G LTE and had to make room. that was taking out the 2G service. so basic phone usage is now GONE in Portland, OR. Lies and misinformation is the AT&T byword now.

My phone service drops almost every call I make or receive at my house located near the Nike Campus. Calls that don't manage to get dropped are so choppy that I can't understand the other person, and they can't hear me which is almost more irritating than the dropped calls. I work downtown and have very similar problems there as well. I hate my service and if it weren't for the cancelation fee I would have dropped it already. Luckily I have a work cell phone that runs through Verizon, it doesn't seem to have these problems, so I use it for most calls. Also note that my fiance has cell service through AT&T and his phone works fine at our house.

While my new Note 3 says '4G LITE' I get under.7 mb / s download and 1.4 up. In Beaverton (my home) I get awful reception with dropped calls and under.2 mbs on the net. Other co-workers with T-Mobile and At&T watch videos and email pics without any problems. I CAN'T wait to leave sprint!

Terrible! Can't use LTE at all. Even text message is terrible as well. I have to keep turning off LTE and use only 3G so I can get one more bar. It is just as bad in my houe is the same thing. Looking at the good side, I had to downgrade my 6GB plann to a 2GB, because I just can't use data anymore. Terrible service.

I build cell sites for a living and Verizon has the best infrastructure by far. For all the people who are having poor reception indoors just by a repeater, booster or famocell. I get 4+ bars in my basement now.

Have a hundred dollar plan and reception isn't worth 2 cents. With the revenue Verizon gets you would think that upgrading towers would be top priorty... .frustration city... argggghhh

Sprint is absolutely terrible. I get very slow or sometimes no Internet or data with them. Even when the phone indicates LTE it just sits and spins. Right in the heart of the fastest growing part of Portland you would think they could figure it out. Sprint is my work phone and a casual poll of about 15 other users and we all wish the company would switch I have an AT&T personal IPhone that has excellent speed and coverage. I can out the two exact devices side by side And the Sprint phone sputters while the AT&T soars around the web and email. I wouldn't recommend Sprint to anyone
