Way too frequently phone cuts out during calls or are dropped completely. While listening to podcasts often loose connection. As instructed, I shut down phone and restart. Sometimes I have to remove battery for a few minutes. Sometimes this works, other times it doesn't. It's VERY frustrating! T-Mobile suggested using one of their co. provided antenas. Sprints customer service is terrible! I've been with them 20+ years and ask for 1 return, ever, can't do it. Even though it was their mistake! Try and cancel a phone line, nope. At&t coverage area is shrinking per the AT&T customer service person they are selling off their Central Oregon Towers to Verizon so they can concentrate on service in major cities for my opinion they're coverage is not that good in the cities and it does me no good if I leave the city and I don't have coverage hate switching to Verizon because of the price but what are you going to doWas this review helpful to you?

Switched from Verizon to Sprint this month, only for the cost savings. ALL 5 phones have dropped calls on I 5 from Salem to Seattle. Cannot get pics for 24 hours in a text message. Cannot use data while on the phone. Try driving and using GPS, it stops. I hope Verizon buys contacts like Sprint did. This is not worth it.Was this review helpful to you?
In the last couple months, my whole family has been experiencing terrible reception that results in dropped calls and people not being able to hear us while we are in our house. We just moved to the Hillsboro area. In the house, some calls get dropped and some people can't hear me. We get one bar reception around the downtown Hillsboro area. It helped in the house when we connected to the wireless extension service, but still spotty service around the old downtown area.Was this review helpful to you?
